With this support agreement we take care of the technical part of your website.

• We do the WordPress update and update your plugins.
• We take regular backup of your site and download offline copies.
• If your website get hacked or infected we clean it and restore the website back to a working state for free.

This support should give you totally peace of mind as we will do all the worrying for you 🙂

CMS Support include all in the previous packet around anti hacking  and backup/restore.

On top of this we also update content on your website.
This mean you can send articles, pictures and documents. We then prepare it and upload it to your website.

This mean you do not need to learn everything about your website and fix potential problems during your website techincal updates. Simply open a ticket, attach the documents and we normally get it updated within 24hours.

Whats not supported?

• If you want changes done to your website by adding new features not already on the website or changes to design this is not covered under CMS Support.
  We normally will give you an offer based on our hourly rate.
  For customers with NO SUPPORT this is £40 an hour.
  For customers with CMS Support this is reduced to £25 an hour.

Webmaster Support includes all in CMS Support, Anti Hacking Guarantee, Backup and Restore

On top of this we basically take ownership of your website in the sense that anything you want done, we do it for you. This can be redesign of elements, new features, social media integration, building forms, do search optimization (SEO) and prepare all content for Social Media Share.

We also make monthly statistic reports over your website performance and happy to discuss actions and improvement with you

We also help you customize a different mobile version of the website as sometimes content should be different on a mobile phone compared to a PC version.

On top of this we also give you a re-wamp / new website every 2nd year (on same CMS as before) so your site always looks modern.

The best is that you have access to us, ask us any question and we always reply. You can book meeting to go through any questions related to your website and online presence.

New:
- We also create 1 landing-page for you for free and maintain it under this same agreement
- We also create up to 3 free campaigns on Google Ad words for you (you have to pay Google for the ads)

Whats not supported?

Questions not related to your website, online presence and mail are not covered
For customers with Webmaster Support our rate is reduced to £25 an hour for tasks not included in your support.
